Please make sure to include the purchase receipt. Once your return is received unopened and in its original packaging, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For purchases made at one of our retail partners, please return the product directly to the retailer from which it was purchased with the original receipt. Purchases made through retailers are subject to their own return policies.
